What if I need to cancel?
For a full refund for any program or series, we require 10 calendar days notice, via email. Within 9 days, we will happily find another series or program for you to join using your credit, which will never expire.
Your programs are scheduled for EST (US Eastern Standard Time). What if that’s too late for me?
Contact us and we can consider your request when scheduling dates and times for future programs. We can also arrange for private/small-group sessions, subject to instructor availability.
What happens if I miss my live program?
If you’re unable to join your program at the scheduled time for any reason, don’t worry: we’ll share a recording with you via email, the day after your program runs. The recording will be available for 7 days, and you can watch it as many times as you like! Contact us if your recording email does not arrive. If you prefer to purchase another live session of the same or similar program, we can share future dates.
How many other people will be joining me?
Between 5 and 30, not including your instructor and moderator. In order to ensure quality of instruction and an opportunity for genuine exchange, the max for all of our programs is 30 people. Our programs require a 5 person minimum to run. In the unlikely event we do not reach this enrollment minimum, we will ask you to consider joining the same program, or another one of your choice, on a future date. If neither of those options work for you, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
Can I switch to another series or program?
Yes. We ask for 10 days notice via email so we can work on finding a place for you.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the first program in the series?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied in any way with the first program in a series, you can request a refund for the remaining programs in your series. Your refund will be the total amount you paid for the series minus $35. We offer this option only in the 3 days after your first program, though. For any other requests, we will issue you a gift card credit that can be used towards any of our other programs or series. No expiration date.
Can I join my live program, even if I arrive late?
Yes. And all of our programs will be recorded after the live event so that you can rewatch any part you missed.
Will I be able to ask my instructor questions?
Yes. All of our programs include time for conversation, to pose questions and to ask for recommendations to continue the learning experience.
Can my friend, spouse, daughter join me?
Our pricing is per device, in one location. To make the most of the interactive format, we ask that no more than 3 people in your household connect on the same device. If you are a large group, contact us at email@example.com. We can help arrange private sessions with our instructors for any of our programs or series.
Can I use a tablet or my phone to connect?
Yes, but we recommend having the zoom app installed on those devices.
If calling is the only option for you to connect on the day of your program, please call our office (not email). We will walk you through connecting via the Join My Phone Zoom option (will give you audio of your program only).
Can I sign up for a program the same day it runs?
Yes. To ensure you receive your Zoom link info in time, please call our office for same-day programs.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
No! Your instructor will have recommendations to share, for you to expand your knowledge after your program is over.
