We recommend that you print and have this information with you in Paris.

Meet your guide outside next to the bronze equestrian statue of Charlemagne, located in the plaza in front of Notre Dame Cathedral, called the Parvis Notre Dame. With your back to the cathedral, you will find this statue on the left-hand side of the plaza.

Notre Dame Cathedral is located on the Ile de la Cité, in the 4th arrondissement.

The nearest metro is Cité, line 4. When you exit the station, do an about-face so that the flower market is behind you. Walk across the open esplanade and turn left. On rue de la Cité, turn right. Cross rue de la Cité at nearest cross-walk, and you’ll see Notre Dame before you.

Please be aware that your guide will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled time of your tour. We regret that we are unable to give refunds for late arrivals beyond this time, or for cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour begins.

If you have any questions, or are running late, please call us at +33
