"Walking the streets of Paris is one of my favorite things to do. There are fascinating histories to explore in every nook and cranny! Its a city built for walking. In the 19th century, a term was coined for the type of person who aimlessly wanders the streets, observing the dramas of urban life: a flaneur. As an artist, that tradition is an important part of my practice. We can learn extraordinary, nuanced things from being in the place where events happened, where people lived and moved. I really enjoy sharing that with my Paris Muse clients."
My favorite place to stroll is along the Canal Saint Martin, watching the colorful people occupy its banks. It’s lively on a summer evening and blissfully calm on a winter morning.
